Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of OrgNexus, operated by JustServicesPro Management and Consulting Ltd. (RC: 7965265), JMCL Offices, Maitama Ext., Abuja, Nigeria (“JustServicesPro,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using OrgNexus, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use OrgNexus

You must be able to form a binding contract to use OrgNexus, and meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction. If you create an organization on behalf of a group, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

2. Organizations and membership

• Anyone can create an organization and becomes its initial owner.
• Organization owners/admins control who joins their organization via invite links, and can suspend or remove members, assign moderators, and manage their organization's plan.
• Content posted within an organization is visible only to that organization's members.
• We are not responsible for disputes between an organization's members or admins, though we may act if content violates these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use OrgNexus to:

• Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or abusive content.
• Impersonate any person or organization.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or interfere with the platform's operation.
• Use another organization's data without authorization, or access an organization you are not a member of.
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

Organization admins are responsible for moderating their own community; we provide reporting and moderation tools for this purpose. We may also act directly on content or accounts that violate these Terms, platform-wide.

4. Plans and payment

• The Community plan is free and may include sponsored ("ads") content within the feed, clearly labeled as "Sponsored."
• Paid plans (Growth, Enterprise) are billed as described at checkout, processed by Flutterwave and, where enabled, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law, or as we otherwise state at the time of purchase.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a paid plan at any time from your organization's billing settings; changes take effect as described at checkout.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content on OrgNexus, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the platform for the organization(s) you're a member of. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train third-party models.

6. Data export and portability

Organization admins on paid plans can export their member list and content. We do not lock your community's data to the platform.

7. Termination

You may stop using OrgNexus at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts or organizations that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

OrgNexus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. JustServicesPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OrgNexus after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law where you reside.
