How do I create an organization?

Sign up, then follow the "Create your organization" flow — add a name, category, description, and accent color. You become the owner automatically.

How do members join my organization?

From your organization dashboard, click "Generate invite link" (visible to owners/admins) and share it however you reach your community. Anyone who opens it can sign up and join directly.

Can I change my organization’s branding later?

Yes — accent color and description can be updated at any time. Logo upload and full white-label branding are part of the Growth and Enterprise plans.

What’s the difference between admin, moderator, and member?

Owners and admins manage members, billing, and organization settings. Moderators can review and act on reported content. Members can post, comment, react, and message.

How do I remove or suspend a member?

Go to "Manage members" on your dashboard (visible to owners/admins) and use the suspend or remove action next to their name.

A member reported a post — where do I review it?

Visit the "Moderation" link on your dashboard (visible to owners, admins, and moderators) to see pending reports and dismiss or remove content.

What happens if we hit our plan’s member limit?

New members won’t be able to join until you upgrade. Existing members are never removed.

How do I upgrade my plan?

From your dashboard, go to "Billing" and choose a plan. Payment is currently processed via Flutterwave.

Can I export our member list?

Yes, on Growth and Enterprise plans. Contact support if you need an export and don’t see the option yet.
