Delete your data
Last updated: 7 October 2026
You can ask us to delete your OrgNexuz account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes data we received when you signed in with Google or LinkedIn.
How to ask
- Email support@orgnexuz.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my OrgNexuz data”.
- Tell us whether you want to delete your account only or an organization you own (which removes its members’ records and files too).
- We confirm it is you (we may reply to the account email), then delete the data and confirm by email.
We aim to complete requests within 30 days. If we need more time, or cannot do part of it, we will tell you why.
What we delete
- Your account, sign-in details (including the name, email and picture received from Google or LinkedIn), profile and preferences.
- Your messages, posts and files, unless they belong to an organization’s records, in which case your name is removed or anonymized.
- For an organization you own: its structure, people records, documents, communications and settings.
What we may keep
Where the law or legitimate security needs require, we keep a limited amount of data: billing and accounting records (for tax and audit), security and fraud logs, and the organization’s own records about you when it is the data controller (for example employment history). Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule, after which the data is gone.
If an organization holds your records
If you are a member or staff member of an organization, that organization controls those records. Ask the organization first; we will help it act on your request.
Disconnecting Google or LinkedIn
You can also remove OrgNexuz’s access from your Google Account (Security, Third-party access) or LinkedIn settings. This stops future sign-ins with that provider but does not by itself delete your OrgNexuz account.
