This Privacy Policy explains how JustServicesPro Management and Consulting Ltd. (RC: 7965265), operating OrgNexus (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the OrgNexus platform.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address or phone number, password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Profile information: bio, title/role, avatar, and anything else you choose to add to your profile.
• Content: posts, comments, reactions, direct messages, and files you upload within an organization you belong to.
• Organization data: if you create an organization, its name, description, branding, and member list.
• Payment information: if your organization upgrades to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment partners (Flutterwave, and Stripe where enabled) — we do not store your full card details ourselves.
• Usage data: basic activity such as when you joined an organization or created your first post, used to show organization admins simple engagement analytics.

2. How we use information

• To provide and operate the OrgNexus platform.
• To let organization admins manage their own community (members, posts, moderation).
• To process payments for paid organization plans.
• To show relevant sponsored content ("ads") within organizations on the free plan, as disclosed in our Terms of Service.
• To maintain security and prevent abuse of the platform.

3. Data isolation between organizations

Content you post within one organization is only visible to members of that same organization. We do not share your posts, messages, or membership in one organization with another organization on the platform, except where you are a member of both.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. our database and hosting providers, payment processors), (b) an organization's own admins for the organizations you join, and (c) when required by law.

5. Data retention and export

You may request a copy of your organization's member list and content, or request deletion of your account, by contacting us using the details below. Paid plans support member-list export directly from the admin dashboard.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and database-level access controls (row-level security) that isolate each organization's data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

OrgNexus is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
